COVID-19 PROTOCOLS & LIABILITY WAIVER

The health and safety of our patrons, volunteers, performers, staff, and community is our top priority. We continue to closely monitor county and state guidelines to ensure the most up-to-date health and safety protocols are in place. As we welcome back audiences for in-person performances, we thank you for following all health and safety guidelines and doing your part to keep our community safe. We look forward to seeing you, and hope you enjoy your performance!

PERFORMANCE ATTENDANCE POLICY

In conjunction with the California state guidelines, proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR taken within 48 hours or antigen taken within 6 hours) of the performance will be required to attend all indoor gatherings. This policy is in effect immediately for all indoor performances and will be re-assessed on an ongoing basis. Masks are required to be worn at all times, regardless of vaccination status, during performances.

COVID-19 Liability Waiver

While we are taking measures to enhance the safety of our visitors, performers, and employees as part of our coronavirus (COVID-19) performance plan, there are still risks presented by COVID-19. In an effort to be transparent with our guests and to protect Thirty Three Forty (3340) and a selected recital venue's ability to continue providing visitors with programming, we require all visitors to read and accept the COVID-19 Liability Waiver below:

"By purchasing tickets and entering the performance venue, I agree to comply with all policies, guidelines, and preventive measures implemented by 3340 designed to reduce the spread of COVID-19, as well as applicable federal, state, and local government rules, regulations, and recommendations, and I acknowledge:

  • Despite 3340 and the designated performance venue's efforts to enact health and safety measures, entering the performance venue still may pose a risk to my safety and presents an increased risk of exposure to and infection with COVID-19.

  • I accept the risk of being exposed to, contracting, and/or spreading COVID-19 along with all consequences resulting from exposure or infection, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, temporary or permanent disability, death, and economic or financial loss. I understand that this waiver means I give up my right to bring any claims, including but not limited to claims of negligence.

  • Admission to the performance venue and any of 3340's events may be conditioned on meeting certain criteria and compliance with rules and regulations which the performance venue and/or 3340 may establish at the time to protect all involved with the concert, lecture and/or event, including but not limited to wearing of a face covering at all times over nose and mouth, and a health screening process, which may include but not be limited to a temperature check, vaccination verification, and my certification that at the time of entry I have not been diagnosed with, had close contact with someone who was diagnosed with, or exhibited known symptoms of, COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  • Visitors who do not follow applicable protocols or meet vaccination requirements may be asked to leave the premises. 3340 and contracted performance venues reserve the right to remove any person acting in an unacceptable or inappropriate manner, including but not limited to abusive or threatening behavior."

COVID-19 Ticketing Policy

Covid-19 public health guidance and regulations continue to change periodically in California and Orange County. As our commitment to you, we have adjusted our ticketing policies. Here are the changes we have made:

  • If you are unable to attend a performance due to illness or health and safety concerns, 3340 will be as flexible as possible to accommodate your request for a ticket exchange, a credit, or a refund.

  • In the event that a performance is postponed or cancelled, 3340 will contact you as soon as possible and provide you with non-expiring ticket credit to the rescheduled performance or any other future event.

  • 3340 will continue to follow all health and safety guidelines as well as collaborate with management at all venues where we perform to ensure audiences, musicians, and staff remain safe.

3340 is very excited to provide artists with performance opportunities. We hope our commitment to your safety and well-being will make it possible for you to enjoy the transformative experience of seeing world-class singing once again.
